'Horror House:' $6.75M Pre-Trial Settlement Reached For NJ Woman Sexually Abused In Foster Care

A 67-year-old South Jersey man has been sentenced to eight years in New Jersey State Prison for sexually assaulting four children under the age of 13, authorities said. On Monday, May 6, Andy Chanza, of Newfield was sentenced in connection with the sex attacks which took place over a period of 29 years in Vineland, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae. Driver Injured In Gloucester County Crash:

A driver was injured when he veered off Route 42 in Gloucester County, authorities said. Troopers responded to the crash shortly before 1 p.m. on Monday, May 6 at milepost 12.5 in Deptford Township, according to New Jersey State Police. Based on a preliminary investigation, a BMW passenger vehicle was traveling southbound on Route 42 when the driver lost directional control and struck the guardrail, State Police said. The driver sustained minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.

Driver Charged With DWI After 3-Car Crash In Vineland: Police
A 38-year-old man from Millville was charged with driving while intoxicated after a three-vehicle crash in Vineland, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 4 at South Delsea Drive and West Sherman Avenue, according to Vineland police.
