A 30-year-old Connecticut man faces several charges after allegedly stealing from an elderly residential facility in New York, police said.
New London County resident David Durlach of Waterford, age 30, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 1 following a long-term investigation into burglaries at a Westchester County elderly residential facility located in Greenburgh.

Trio Steals Multiple Tires, Rims From Nassau County Dealerships, Police Say
Three men accused of stealing multiple car tires and rims from Long Island dealerships have been arrested.
Chase Barret, age 33, of Astoria; Eldorado Sterling, age 29, of Queens; and Jovanie Clarke, age 29, of Queens, were arrested on Sunday, April 2 following a traffic stop in Woodbury, according to Nassau County Police.
Officers spotted them at around 2 a.m. in a white Ford Econoline van traveling on Jericho Turnpike. The vehicle had been involved in multiple previous larcenies, police said.
All three were arrested without incident.

Brentwood Man Accused Of Stealing Catalytic Converters From 2 Utility Vans In North Bellport
A 21-year-old man was charged after investigators reported that he stole catalytic converters from two utility vans on Long Island.
Kevin Vasquez, of Brentwood, was arrested at about 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5, on Suffolk Avenue in Brentwood, the Suffolk County Police Department said.
SCPD reported that Vasquez stole catalytic converters from vans that were parked at B&R Mechanical, located at 16 Sawgrass Drive in North Bellport, sometime between Friday, Aug. 26, and Monday, Aug. 29.
He left the scene in a Nissan Sentra, authorities said.

Two Women Walk Out Of Area Walmart With Over $1,000 In Items Apiece, Police Say
Two women stole over $1000 each in merchandise from an area Walmart and were both charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, according to state police.
The incident took place in Orange County at a Walmart location in Monroe on Saturday, Dec. 12, according to state police.
Erika Vargas of Manhattan, 38, reportedly left the store with $1,229.97 in merchandise she had not paid for, while Brooke Lee of the Bronx, 24, made off with items valued at a collectively $1,006.95.
Both women will appear in the Town of Monroe Court later this month.
Man, Woman Accused Of Stealing $1.8K In Items From Store In Northern Westchester
A man and a woman have been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $1,800 in merchandise from an area Lowe's store.
Peter Vetere, 47, of Brewster, and Carrie Walencik, of Danbury, Connecticut, were arrested by Yorktown Police on Friday, April 10, after receiving a theft complaint from the Lowe's in Yorktown, said Yorktown Police.
According to police, store managers contacted the department on Thursday, April 9 to report that Vetere and Walencik had alleged stolen merchandise and left the store.
