Yonkers Man Charged With Felony DWI

YONKERS, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Yonkers man for driving while intoxicated on Monday, Nov. 25, according to State Police.

Richard F. Kubiak, 46, was pulled over after troopers observed him making an unsafe lane change on the Sprain Brook Parkway. Kubiak submitted to a blood alcohol test that revealed his BAC to be .13 percent, police said.

Because Kubiak had been convicted of DWI once before in the last 10 years, he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to be in court on Thursday, Dec. 12, according to State Police.
