Fire Leaves Six Yonkers Families Homeless

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Six families were displaced from their homes when a Yonkers apartment building caught fire on Tuesday, according to News 12 Westchester.

It took responders nearly an hour to put the fire out. No one was injured and since most of the damage was caused by water, residents should only be displaced for a few days, News 12 Westchester reported. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, News 12 Westchester said.
