YONKERS, N.Y. – Joseph John "Jay" Costabile Sr., a lifelong resident of Yonkers, died suddenly Friday, Feb. 19. He was 51.
He was a graduate of Saunders High School and a construction supervisor for Raymond Michael Ltd. in Mount Vernon for 33 years.
He was the son of the late Patricia Costabile; husband of Christine DeLorme Costabile; father of Joseph John Jr., Abagail and the late Taylor Costabile; brother of Patsy (Cathy) Costabile; nephew of Camille DePalma; and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Flower Funeral Home Inc., 714 Yonkers Ave., with visitation Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A religious service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
