Valetutti was born Oct. 12, 1922, in New York, settled in Yonkers, relocated to Harrington Park, N.J., and most recently to Westchester residing at The Kensington. She attended high school in Jamaica, Queens. She set off for a New York University to obtain her college degree.
Valetutti is survived by her children, Vincent Jr., Lynette, Donna, Paul, Eugene and Teresa; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent; and son, Marc.
Services will be held Thursday, Dec. 18 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Ave., White Plains. A Private family Mass and burial will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery Chapel in Valhalla.
