YONKERS, N.Y. -- The Department of Environmental Protection is investigating the source of water that has been flowing constantly through the yard of a Yonkers resident, according to News 12 Westchester.
Carmine Cursio, who lives at 81 Remsen Road, has had private tests complete that suggest the water is coming from the New York City aqueduct behind his home, News 12 Westchester reported.
