The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 57-year-old Jack Williams, who was in the Westchester County Jail but has reported a move to Livingston Avenue in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Williams as a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.” He has also been designated as a sexually violent offender.
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Williams was arrested in Utica in July 22 and convicted of one count of forcible touching and forcibly touching a person's intimate parks in October that year, when he was sentenced to six months in jail. Williams had a previous conviction for first-degree rape. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Westchester County Department of Public Safety.
