The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 31-year-old Jorge Delmoral, who has reported an address change to an apartment on Woodland Avenue in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Delmoral a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Delmoral disseminated indecent materials to a minor, promoted and possessed material that included a sexual performance from a 12-year-old girl in 2013. He was convicted of using a child less than 17 years old in a sexual performance in October 2014 and sentenced to a term of between one and three years in state prison. Delmoral is now under the jurisdiction of the Yonkers City Police Department SOR Unit.
