The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Thursday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 47-year-old Jesse Pimental, who has moved to an apartment on North Broadway in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Pimental as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Pimental had sexual intercourse with a stranger in July last year. He was arrested by the Yonkers City Police Department SOR Unit and convicted on a charge of sexual misconduct in November. Pimental was sentenced to six years probation. He remains under the jurisdiction of law enforcement officials in Yonkers.
