Remains Of Missing Yonkers Minister Reportedly Found

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Police believe they have found the body of missing Yonkers minister Ethel Patricia Monroe in a wooded area in V.E. Macy Park in Ardsley, according to LoHud.com.

Police discovered the body after a man searching for rare bottles in the woods found the minister's shoes and purse, LoHud reported.

Monroe's family was at the park and was notified of the body at a police command center, according to LoHud.com.

Monroe had been missing since July 7.
