Offender Convicted Of Sexually Abusing Woman Reports Move To Yonkers

A registered sex offender convicted of sexually abusing a 30-year-old woman has reported a move into Westchester County.

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 52-year-old Kenneth Goode, who has reported a move to a residence on Locust Avenue in Yonkers.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Goode as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Goode used a weapon to threaten his victim into having sexual contact and intercourse with him in April 1992 He was convicted of two counts of first-degree sexual assault in June that year and sentenced to a term of between two and four years in prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Yonkers City Police Department's SOR Unit.
