Ex-Yonkers Deputy Mayor Faces 2nd Felony Charge

YONKERS, N.Y. -- A former Yonkers deputy mayor is facing a second felony charge in Rockland County after he recorded an "intimate encounter" with a woman, according to LoHud.com.

Andrew Maniglia, 56, of Valhalla was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance back in July after allegedly videotaping a sexual encounter with a female acquaintance. A second video has reportedly surfaced, leading to the second charge.

Maniglia, who served as deputy mayor in the 1990's, is free on bail.
