Two Women Found Stabbed To Death In Northeast Philadelphia Basement, Authorities Say City police are investigating a double homicide in Philadelphia's Crescentville neighborhood, authorities said on Tuesday, May 21.  Two women were found with multiple stab wounds in the basement of a home on the 6000 block of Bingham Street, PPD said.  The victims, aged 58 and 75, were pronounced dead at 1:45 p.m.  Police said they had no motive and no arrests as of Tuesday afternoon.  Homicide detectives are investigating.

Charges are pending against the 69-year-old homeowner, according to troopers. Montco Copper Thieves Used Bolt Cutters In Peco Station Break-In, Troopers Say State police in Montgomery County are investigating a burglary at a PECO substation on May 8.  Two masked men used bolt cutters to gain entry to the substation at 444 Gravel Pike in Perkiomen, troopers said.  They then stole copper wiring from the loading dock, according to investigators.  Suspect one was 5-foot-11 and about 180 pounds with an average build, police said. 'Keep Walking:' Walmart Customer Throws Victim To Ground In Store Fight, Warrington Police Say A Huntingdon Valley man is accused of throwing a Walmart employee to the ground on Sunday, May 19, according to Warrington police.  Officials said Terrell Mainer, 38, was in the Valley Gate Drive Walmart around 9:45 a.m. He told a worker to "keep walking" when the employee looked in his direction, authorities said.  That's when police say Mainer walked past the worker, turned around, and threw him to the floor. Dauphin County Man Killed In York Motorcycle Crash: Troopers Authorities have named the 21-year-old motorcyclist killed in a Fairview Township crash on Sunday, May 19.  Issaiha Seiders was headed north in the left lane of Interstate 83 when he merged right into the center lane, state police said in a release.  As he began to pass a Ford Fusion in the left lane, the Ford merged right, striking Seiders' motorcycle and knocking onto the right shoulder, according to troopers.  Seiders, of Halifax, was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger on his motorcycle was flown to Hershey Medical Center with serious injuries. Highway Crash Leads To Detour In Doylestown: Police Authorities are responding to a crash in the southbound lanes of the Route 611 bypass on Monday evening, May 20.  It happened near Route 202, Doylestown police said around 5:30 p.m.  The southbound lanes of the bypass are closed as officials investigate and drivers should seek an alternate route, they added.

Bicyclist Hurt In Lancaster County Hit-Run: Officials East Lampeter police are searching for the driver who hit a bicyclist and fled the scene on May 8.  Authorities said an early 2000s model Dodge pickup truck or SUV hit the victim on the 100 block of East Main Street around 6 p.m. The crash knocked off the Dodge's passenger side mirror which was recovered from the scene, according to police.  The bicyclist was taken to an area hospital for treatment.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the East Lampeter Police Department on Crimewatch.

Carlisle Woman Cut Man With Knife, Investigators Say A Carlisle woman is charged with assault with a deadly weapon and related counts, say Middlesex Township police.  Authorities said April Chestnut, 41, cut a male victim with a knife "attempting to cause serious bodily injury" on Sunday, May 19.  She's also accused of pushing and scratching the victim, according to officials.  Court records for her case were not available on the state website as of Monday, May 20.
