“Audrey brings a remarkable blend of passion, experience and understanding to this position,” states Bryan R. Murphy, ANDRUS president and chief executive officer. “After conducting a six-month search, we found the ideal person who not only understands how to help lead and grow a nonprofit such as ANDRUS, but also has the heart to understand the challenges confronting children with emotional disorders, the opportunities they have for promising futures and how everything we do is in an effort to pave the way to their dreams and aspirations.”

Erazo-Trivino will oversee day-to-day operations, build cross-program supports and idea exchanges and enhance staff stewardship in her new role. She brings 20 years of experience in the fields of child welfare, education and mental health fields.

“I am so impressed with the work at ANDRUS, the level of the dedicated professionals here, the overall effectiveness of the programs and the overall high commitment by the Board of Directors," said Erazo-Trivino. "One of my deepest passions is nurturing hope in children and families – that is in step with ANDRUS’ mission and the agency’s long term goals. While I am a clinician at heart, I also have extensive experience in executive leadership, strategic planning and budgeting."

ANDRUS is a non-profit organization that has provided programs and services to children and families throughout Westchester County for more than 80 years.
