A ceremony will be held at 12:30 p.m. sponsored by the Yonkers Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) along with Mayor Mike Spano and other community leaders.
This stylish cafe joins Peter’s X. Kelly’s Xavier’s on the Hudson and the Dolphin Restaurant, to create a unique culinary hub overlooking the majestic Hudson River. The restaurant is owned by Josyane Colwell, a world-traveled chef who has been in the catering world for 30 years.
Part wine bar, part eatery, Le Moulin combines Old World country elegance with the casual atmosphere of a neighborhood café. Its light filled space, with stunning Hudson and Palisades views, is the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine paired with the chef's "Tentations Gourmandes," a menu of creative small plates inspired by her early life in the south of France. Fresh, local and seasonal ingredients will be highlighted.
Chef Colwell said Le Moulin’s diverse and exciting changing wine list will offer a daily selection of wines by the glass, meant to be tasted and enjoyed alone or among friends.
