12 Concordia Athletes Named To Cacc All-Academic Team

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Bronxville's Concordia College has 12 students on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference All-Academic Team.

A total of 184 student-athletes from the 14 conference schools earned a place on the list in six different sports. Concordia is represented with 12 student-athletes named to the team. In order to be named to the CACC All-Academic Team, recipients must have participated in a CACC-Championship sport in the fall. 

On the men's cross country team were Concordia seniors Andrey Boldarev and Martin Miedzowicz. On the women's side were senior Yuliya Plevako and junior Arafat Omidiran.

The men's soccer team had three student-athletes named to the All-Academic Team as seniors Stephen Cunningham and Courtney Cunningham and junior Nick Gonzalez were recognized. On the women's soccer team sophomore Jennifer Forlini, of Yonkers, was named to the team.

The women's volleyball program had three members of the team selected as seniors Brittany Chappas and Hillary Hoffman were listed alongside junior Leina Braga.

Rounding out the CACC All-Academic Team from Concordia was junior Nicole Stuhr of the women's tennis team.
