According to a report filed by the Journal News last week, former Montessori security officer John Perrotta is seeking $150,000 in damages from the district after filing a claim against the Yonkers Public Schools, accusing them of “retaliating against him for notifying his superiors of the repeated presence of a Level 2 sex offender.”
The identity of the alleged sex offender is currently not available. School district officials could not immediately be reached on Tuesday for comment.
