By going the extra mile, the students helped raise wellness, awareness and funds for Open Door Family Medical Centers. Open Door has health centers in Port Chester Middle and High Schools, Edison Elementary School, Park Avenue School and John F. Kennedy Elementary School.

Students who completed the most miles won an afternoon training session with the Parsi Speed School. At the premiere athletic performance enhancement organization, students learned agility skills to help them jump higher and run faster.

Open Door centers provide medical care and instruct students on how to create a healthier future.
