The comedian, who also has homes for sale in Florida and New Jersey, has owned the spread since 2013, but is now looking to downsize, said her realtor Hamid Moghadam, of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty.

"With her new Showtime show, she needs to be in New York City, close to work," he added.

O'Donnell reportedly purchased an $8 million penthouse in Greenwich Village late this summer.

Her new show, "SMILF," stars Frankie Shaw as a twentysomething from the south side of Boston, with O'Donnell playing her mother Tutu.

The South Nyack estate features five homes on 2.4 acres and is 40 minutes from Manhattan, Moghadam said.

They’re also available for individual sale, Moghadam said.

The main residence, which was O’Donnell’s primary home, is also being offered separately for $5.3 million. The seven-bedroom Dutch Colonial, built in 1906, features a chef’s kitchen that opens onto a large deck with a saltwater hot tub, a pool, a patio, dock and a screening room that overlooks the Hudson River.

Other amenities include two master bedrooms, a tennis court, a carriage house with one bedroom and a detached garage.

The second largest home in the compound is a stone, four-bedroom Dutch Colonial that can be had for $2.2 million on its own.

There's also a three-bedroom home, another two-bedroom home with riverfront lots, and a one-bedroom cottage.
