The properties at Helena Heights, constructed by Icon Legacy Custom Modular Home Builders, will be listed through Deborah Valentino, an Associate Real Estate Broker with Houlihan Lawrence in Yonkers.
Each home has four bedrooms, three baths, 2,500 square feet of living space and a level backyard. They are expected to be available on August 1 at a list price of $650,000.
There are three different models in four different colors. Featured models are the Clermont, the Bedford and the Ashland. These homes are consistent in design on the outside, but the roof, windows, and vinyl siding color will vary. Siding colors are Cyprus Green, Natural Clay, Flagstone, and Savannah Wicker.
