Why Go: The celebratory atmosphere and sheer volume of food. The buffet offers all the brunch favorites including fresh fruits and pastries, bagels and lox, muffins and croissants, as well as a carving station (which usually includes prime rib and/or filet mignon). Pasta, chicken and vegetables are also part of the repertoire. And there's Belgian waffles or eggs any way you like 'em.
