It's New Look, Same Great Service For Historic Real Estate Brokerage

Previously known as Bronxville Real Estate, the nearly 100 year old firm has been rebranded as Park Sterling Realty.

"The last decade has seen remarkable changes in the way real estate is practiced, including a move away from provincial offices that serve only one area or community," said Park Sterling Realty owner, Leah Caro. "Our geographical footprint was so much larger than our name. It didn’t adequately convey the volume of buyers and sellers we serve throughout the region."

Although Park Sterling Realty still heavily services the Bronxville area, the firm represents clients in towns across Westchester County. Brokers works with clients spanning from the Hudson River in the west to Long Island Sound in the east, and list homes ranging from leafy northern Westchester and Putnam Counties, to the hustle and bustle of the Bronx.

"The Park Sterling Realty brand will bring even greater exposure to our clients by demonstrating the breadth and width of our reach," said Caro. "We feel the name really resonates with our clients. It's 'Park' for our location on Park Place and 'Sterling' for the consummate services we provide."

Caro, who purchased Bronxville Real Estate with her business partner, Jon Posner, in 2001, hopes to apply the same community-focused approach on a larger scale with the creation of Park Sterling Realty.

"We're all really excited about Park Sterling Realty," said Caro. "It brings so much more to the table in this day and age."

Park Sterling Realty's primary office will remain at 17 1/2 Park Place in the Bronxville Village. For more information about Park Sterling Realty, click here.
