BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Christina DiMinno, a real estate agent with Bronxville Real Estate, is one of only 37 individuals in New York State to have successfully completed the intensive requirements necessary to earn a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in 2016.
By completing the 90 hours of rigorous study in specific real estate areas, and passing a test for each topic, DiMinno has become a more competent professional in her field, with a broader knowledge base which allows her to offer more effective service to her clients
"It's really important in any business, especially real estate, to gain a competitive edge," said DiMinno. "I took this course to become as knowledgeable as possible about my business and learned new skills on how to better get to the closing table."
DiMinno, a Bronxville resident, has been an agent for six years serving the Bronxville, Eastchester, Mount Vernon, Tuckahoe, White Plains and Yonkers areas. "Being creative and ahead of the curve is what I like," said DiMinno.
In addition to the GRI designation, DiMinno has also been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designations.
"I would suggest that any new agent should take the GRI course," said DiMinno. "Being able to negotiate better, having a better understanding of technology and how to operate your business, are all vital in the competitive real estate market," she said.
