Schneiderman gave a speech at the Business Council of Westchester's Political Leadership Series last week in Rye Brook. He said he viewed it as his job to protect New Yorkers and to stand up to the federal government, according to The Examiner.
Schneiderman said Trump's travel ban would be devastating for New York's economy and that rescinding DACA would cost New York $38 million over the next decade, calling it "shortsighted," according to The Examiner.
