Westchester County legislator Ken Jenkins (D-Yonkers) is calling on two district attorneys to open a probe into more than $200,000 of 'untraceable donations' that affected the race for Clarkstown Supervisor in November, according to the Albany Times-Union.
Jenkins sent a letter to Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore and Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe asking both offices to open an investigation into 'a scheme to defraud the public.'
The LLC where the donation comes from is based in Delaware, where detailed information as to the individual behind the LLC isn't required, reported the Times-Union.
