The Mount Pleasant resident announced his official bid in the 2014 gubernatorial race against incumbent Gov. Andrew Cuomo Wednesday morning via a video release.
The newly minted candidate's first stop will be in the Bronx at the Surrogate Courthouse on Thursday at 10 a.m.
He will then travel up to Buffalo for a meeting with Congressman Chris Collins at the Zeptometrix Corporation in the afternoon.
He will additionally be holding public events in Rochester, Syracuse and Albany on Friday, but the locations and times are yet to be determined.
