Yonkers Woman Unlawfully Collected Unemployment, Police Say

YONKERS, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Yonkers woman on Thursday, Oct. 2 with unlawfully collecting unemployment benefits, officials said.

Diana Reynoso, 30, allegedly collected more than $12,000 in unemployment benefits while she was gainfully employed, police said. 

Reynoso was charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying of business records. She is scheduled to appear in Yonkers Court on Thursday, Oct. 9, police said.
