Yonkers Native, 'Bronx Tale' Actor Books First Role Since Prison Release

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Lillo Brancato, a Yonkers native who gained fame for his roles in "Bronx Tale" and "The Sopranos," will return to acting after serving an eight-year prison sentence, according to News 12.

Brancato served his sentence after being found guilty on robbery charges that led to the death of a police officer in the Bronx. He is currently serving six months probation in Yonkers, according to the report.

Brancato will be featured in an upcoming music video, according to the report.
