Yonkers Motorcyclist One Of Seven Arrested On Long Island

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Suffolk County police arrested a Yonkers man and six others after receiving multiple complaints about reckless driving in several communities over the weekend, according to LoHud.com

Jason Coleman, 29 was arrested after making an illegal U-turn in front of another vehicle that struck his motorcycle. Coleman fled the scene without exchanging any information with the other driver, according to LoHud.com.

911 calls reported 20-50 cyclists driving recklessly in Bayshore, West Islip and North Babylon between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27. Police also issued several tickets to other riders during the incident, LoHud.com reported.
