Badalamente's arrest is the result of a joint investigation conducted by the New York State Department of Labor Special Investigation Division and the State Police.
A former Yonkers resident, Badalamente is accused of unlawfully collecting more than $7,300 worth of unemployment insurance benefits between March and July 2012.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree felony grand larceny and first-degree felony offering a false instrument for filing.
Badalamente is scheduled to appear in City of White Plains Court on Oct. 30.
