Aaron M. Brown, 24, is due Nov. 26 in Mount Pleasant Town Court to answer the felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated charges, police said.

State troopers stopped his car after seeing it change lanes without a directional signal, police said. While they were talking to Brown, who was the only one in the car, police believed he was impaired by alcohol.

Police later learned that his driving privileges were suspended in New York. Brown provided a positive breath sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.09 percent, police said.
