On Jan. 14 at about 8:45 a.m., a female resident called police reporting an order of restraint violation, according to police. Two police officers were dispatched to the scene. While on route, they stopped a man fitting the suspect’s description standing on Strang Boulevard, police said.
Police transported the suspect back to the woman's residence, where an investigation revealed he had been at the location in violation of a temporary order of restraint, and he was placed under arrest, according to police.
O’Neill was processed in police headquarters and arranged before Town Justice Salvatore Lagonia. He was sent to Westchester County Jail on $5,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Jan. 20.
