Danny Squicciarini, who sued the city in 2012, alleges that two Yonkers police officers harassed and arrested him in retaliation for a complaint he tried to make against the department, according to lohud.com.

The City Council is expected to vote at its meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 9, whether to formally settle Squicciarini’s lawsuit, lohud.com reported.
