Last month, a Westchester jury ruled in favor of 57-year-old Noelle Feldman, now a Bedford resident, deciding that she was raped by psychologist William Knack, according to a lohud report. Feldman was reportedly awarded $250,000 for past pain and suffering, $200,000 for future pain and suffering and $500,000 in punitive damage.

According to the report, Feldman accused Knack of attacking her in January 2013, when he allegedly ripped her clothes off and raped her. She did not report the incident to New Castle police until the following year and no criminal charges were filed.

Knack is a Ph.D. with an office located on Bedford Road in Chappaqua. He focuses on the evaluation, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional and behavioral health issues, according to his wellness.com profile. When he allegedly attacked Feldman, he had been counseling her as she went through a divorce.

Law enforcement officials declined to comment on the investigation or settlement on Tuesday.
