The victims, an unidentified man and woman, were each shot once around 8:45 p.m. in the area of 35 St. Casimir Ave., Yonkers Police Commissioner Charles Gardner said Thursday.
The injuries were not life threatening and the pair were taken to Jacobi Hospital in the Bronx following the attack, police said. No information was available on the suspect but police said they continue to investigate the incident.
“We’re actively conducting a follow-up investigation,” Gardner said.
