Thefts At Yonkers Crestwood Lake Apartments Prompt Increased Security

YONKERS, N.Y. – Security at the Crestwood Lake Apartments complex in Yonkers has increased after more than a dozen break-ins during a four-month period earlier this year, News 12 Westchester reports.

The property manager at the complex on Beaumont Circle has hired a guard to continually patrol the area around the apartments in a security vehicle. He also said he is considering installing surveillance cameras and taking other actions he did not want to comment on, according to News 12 Westchester.

No arrests have been made in relation to the robberies and anyone with information about the break-ins is being asked to contact police, according to News 12 Westchester.
