YONKERS, N.Y. – A 17-year-old Yonkers boy who police said shot his older brother during a dispute last week has been tracked down and arrested, a Journal News report said.
Justin Margolla fled after allegedly shooting his 28-year-old brother in the upper torso with a handgun on Thursday in front of 604 Warburton Avenue, police reportedly told The Journal News. Prior to the shooting, Margolla had been arguing with his brother, whose name has been withheld, and another man, according to the report.
Police picked up Margolla in the Bronx. He was charged with first-degree assault, a felony, the report said.
The victim was treated at a local hospital and released, the report said.
