Fire Shuts Down Macy's In Yonkers

YONKERS, N.Y. – Yonkers firefighters responded shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday to Macy's department store in the Cross County Mall.

Unconfirmed reports were that the fire involved an escalator. Firefighters were not available to comment at the scene.

Macy's remained closed after 7 p.m.
