YONKERS, N.Y. – A man who lives upstairs from the victim of a July 10 shooting in a Yonkers apartment building was arrested Friday, News 12 Westchester reports.
Police arrested Eston Kershaw, who allegedly fired a handgun that went through the ceiling of the victim’s apartment and struck him in the stomach, according to the police report.
The Daily Voice previously reported that the victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.
