YONKERS, N.Y. - William E. Kops Jr. of Yonkers died Friday, April 11. He was 69.
Kops was born Nov. 27, 1944, to William and Charlotte (Ellis) Kops in Yonkers where he was raised. He graduated from New Rochelle High School. He was also a Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam era.
Kops is survived by his wife, Rosemarie; children, Rosemarie and William E. III (Angela) Kops; three grandchildren; and sister, Patricia D'Avanzo.
Calling hours are Monday, April 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Whalen and Ball Funeral Home.
