YONKERS, N.Y. – Walter V. Naryniecki, a longtime resident of Yonkers, died Wednesday, June 8. He was 99.
He proudly served his country during World War II and upon his discharged, proudly served as a police officer in the New York City Police Department.
He is survived by his children Philip and Gail and her spouse William DeFeo; his grandchildren Christina (Edward), Michael (Carolyn) and Kathryn; and his great-grandchildren Sophia, Samuel and Stephen Crowe and Avery DeFeo.
He was predeceased by his wife Sophia.
