YONKERS, N.Y. – Ruth I. (Holder) Weidner, 88, of Yonkers, died Wednesday, May 27.
She was born April 10, 1927, to Clarence and Bertha (Smith) Holder in Yonkers, where she was raised and educated. She worked as an administrative assistant for American Brands in New York City, and retired in 1990.
On May 1, 1954, she married Harold Weidner.
She is survived by her husband; her son, Peter (Lisa) Weidner; her daughter, Carol (Alan) Webster; and two grandsons.
She was predeceased by her brother, Clarence Holder.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers. Interment will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery, Yonkers.
