Rose M. Collins, 92, Yonkers Resident

YONKERS, N.Y. – Rose M. Collins, of Yonkers, formerly of the Bronx, died Monday, Jan. 11. She was 92.

She and her late husband, John, were the proprietors of Dom & Jack's Luncheonette in the Bronx for 42 years. They were married for 63 years. She always enjoyed cooking, knitting and watching the Yankees.

She was the mother of Noreen (John) Bucala; Jacqueline Collins; and Christine (Sal) Ficarrotta; grandmother four; and great-grandmother of three.

The family will be present from from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at F. Ruggiero & Sons Inc., 732 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Ann's Church, Yonkers, with entombment to follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx.
