YONKERS, N.Y. – Rose Bentivenga, a lifelong resident of Yonkers, died Monday, April 18. She was 83.
She was born Dec. 2, 1932, in Yonkers, to Bernardo and Helen (Procidio) Felicissimo.
She is survived by three sons, Richard (Cheryl) Bentivenga, Joseph (Lisa) Bentivenga and Jim (Michele) Bentivenga; three grandchildren Samantha, Marissa and Darren Bentivenga; and a grandson Sean Irwin.
She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Bentivenga; a brother, Anthony Felicissimo and sister, Marion Medla.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. The funeral will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Ann's Church, 854 Midland Ave., Yonkers. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
