Richard Gralicer, 86, Yonkers Resident

YONKERS, N.Y. — Yonkers resident Richard Gralicer died Sunday, May 15. He was 86. 

A Schenectady native, Gralicer served with the U.S. Army with the "Wolfhounds," 25th and 27th Infantry divisions, stationed in Japan. 

He was a practicing attorney for more than 60 years and was a senior partner at Gralicer & Kaiser, Esqs., with a concentration in representing persons who suffered serious personal injuries.

He was a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Westchester County Bar Association and the Yonkers Lawyers Association. 

Graclier is survived by his wife, Harriet; his daughters, Karen, Lynn and her husband Michael Pryzgoda, Andrea and her husband Edward Moffett, and Denise Wallenstein; his sister, Shirley Roffman; and his grandchildren, Mark, Alex, Andrew, Rebecca and Danielle. 

Graclier was predeceased by his parents, Martin and Margaret Gralicer; and his sister, Florence.

The funeral was Wednesday at Weinstein Memorial Chapel in Yonkers. Interment was at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale.
