YONKERS, N.Y. – Peter W. Rosenhagen, Sr., a longtime resident of Yonkers, died on Wednesday, July 8. He was 72.
Rosenhagen was born in Manhattan to William and Mildred Rosenhagen.
He served in the Marine Corps from 1961 to 1964 and then went to work as a lineman for Verizon.
Rosenhagen is survived by his wife, Marilyn, three children, Theresa McBreen and her husband, Larry, Carol, Peter and his wife, Suzanne, and granddaughters Faith and Mia.
Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at F. Ruggiero & Sons, Inc., at 732 Yonkers Ave. in Yonkers.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:45 a.m. at St. Barnabas Church in the Bronx.
Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.
