Michael A. Esposito, 18, Former Yonkers Resident

LAGRANGEVILLE, N.Y. -- Michael A. Esposito, a resident of LaGrangeville for four years and formerly of Yonkers and the Bronx, died Sunday, Jan. 3, from injuries sustained in an accident. He was 18.

Born Feb. 17, 1997, in the Bronx, he was the son of Vilson and Tanya Brahimi of the Bronx. 

He graduated from Arlington High School in 2015 and was a student at Dutchess Community College. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Salvatore and Carmela Esposito of LaGrangeville; sister, Eliza Brahimi of the Bronx; uncle and aunt, Carlo and Ida Esposito of Mahopac; cousin, Salvatore Esposito; and many friends. 

Calling hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the McHoul Funeral Home Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, 1925 Route 82, LaGrangeville, followed by Interment in St. Raymond’s Cemetery.
