YONKERS, N.Y. - Lucy Sunshine (nee Toscano) formerly of Yonkers, died Feb. 25. She was 98.
Sunshine was a longtime parishioner of St. Eugene's Church and a member of the Legion of Mary.
Sunshine is survived by her children, William Onorato and Angela Hellthaler; sister, Mary Abrescia; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Irving Sunshine; son, Louis Onorato; and brother, Anthony Toscano.
Calling hours will be Thursday, Feb. 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Flynn Memorial Home, on Central Park Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28 at St. Eugene's Church. Interment will follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery.
