YONKERS, N.Y. - Leona Mathison, longtime Yonkers resident, died March 27. She was 87.
Mathison is survived by her husband, Richard Mathison; children, Nancy Wahl (Dr. Walter Wahl), Lauren Price (Harold) and Diana Mathison; and a grandchild.
Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 6 at the Asbury Church, Crestwood, followed by a reception in Weyand Hall.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mathison’s memory may be made to the Asbury United Methodist Church, 167 Scarsdale Road, Tuckahoe, NY 10707.
